The International Water Efficiency Conference is the most comprehensive water conference in the world today. The conference will present a diverse group of industry professionals responsible for water resource management, including municipal and tribal managers, state and federal regulators, engineers, consultants, green building and LEED-certified construction contractors, and developers, compliance officers, designers, researchers, nonprofit representatives, irrigation professionals, and officials from special sites, such as ports, airports, and military bases.

The Conference Proceedings contain many of the papers that were presented at the 1st Annual Conference in Newport Beach, CA March 30- April 2, 2009. The opinions expressed in the papers and the responsibility for the contents of the articles are those of the authors. Papers were selected by Forester Media and organized into theme categories comprising four session tracks: Source Development and Protection, Supply, Storage and Conveyance, Indoor/Outdoor Use, and Resource Management.
